The hotel is conveniently equipped with everything you need in the rooms, but the absence of wine bottle openers was a letdown. The service is top-notch with friendly and helpful staff, offering an array of amenities from ski pass vendors to pet amenities. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the mountain, shopping, and eateries. Dining options are delightful, with tasty homemade soup, but some areas looked old. Overall, a great value for the money with minor room improvements needed.

Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room we booked, with a fireplace, 2 Queen beds, and a courtyard view, was not as impressive as expected for the price we paid, the service offered was personal and helpful. The location, though convenient to many restaurants, was let down by some staff members. The dining experience, while delivered to our room in the morning, did not live up to expectations in terms of decor and options. The facilities were sufficient, but not outstanding.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although a bit overpriced, was a good size and overall nice. However, it could have been better equipped for coffee. The view overlooking the courtyard garden was beautiful, and the king bed was extremely comfortable. I did face some minor issues regulating the temperature between the fireplace and furnace.
